Description

The approval of the Territorial Planning Guidelines and later of the Partial and Sectoral Territorial Plans implies defining a territorial and regulatory framework for the drafting of municipal urban planning documents. The drafting of these documents, and their development, requires to have a graphical and alphanumeric data bank in which the information of the current municipal planning and the state of land occupation is collected, among others.http://www1.euskadi.net/udalplan/visor/viewer.htmUdalplan presents the General and Organic Structure and the Land Qualification as well as the Classification of the entire Territory of the Basque Country, following in the case of non-developmentable land the categorisation of the Territorial Planning Guidelines.
