Description
This set of data contains the procedures and formalities necessary for the exercise of a self-employed service or business activity in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, in compliance with the obligations established by Directive 123/2006/EC (Services Directive). On the one hand, this data is useful for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who want to carry out their business activity in the Basque Country. On the other hand, they can also be useful for consumers (recipients of the services) of these business activities to provide them with information about associations and forms of complaint, as well as for the Competent Authorities that grant the authorisations, registrations, etc., in the terms established in Law 17/2009.
