Homes per year according to type of housing need and historical territory.

The operation Housing Needs and Demand Survey (ENDV) provides annual information — and quarterly monitoring — on the quantification and evolution of housing needs and potential demand by type (first access, change and rehabilitation); both on the reasons and graduation of the need and on the characteristics of the homes in need. It is a basic source of information from the system of indicators for monitoring housing policy. The results are disseminated to municipalities over 40,000 inhabitants.More information at https://www.euskadi.eus/web01-s2ing/es/contenidos/informacion/endv_oe_informacion/es_ovv_meto/index.shtml"/target="blank"> departmental statistical portal.
