Costs due to congestion management activations performed by Elia.Congestion management activations: Internal Redispatching : All redispatching bids are performed in the control area where the congestion is located.Cross-Border Redispatching : The redispatching bids are performed in different control areas.Countertrading : Cross zonal exchange initiated by system operators between two bidding zones to relieve physical congestion.Column naming convention can be read as follows:Congestion BE : Net costs to solve BE congestions (100% paid by Elia)Congestion Non-BE : Net costs to solve non-BE congestions (0 % paid by Elia)Congestion Crossborder : Net costs to solve congestions on BE cross-border lines (50 % paid by Elia)Activated BE : Activated in BEActivated Outside BE : Activated outside BECongestion BE Area : Costs of redispatching and countertrading activated in the Belgian areaCongestion BE System : Costs of redispatching and countertrading actions activated for the Belgian system
