#### Summary: Integration of workers with disabilities into the EDF group. Consolidation by Global Integration: Only subsidiaries controlled by EDF are consolidated. In this financial approach, subsidiaries are then consolidated to 100 %, regardless of their holding rate. The entities for which EDF does not have control will therefore not be consolidated at all.
