Regulation 1227/2011 on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market (referred to as REMIT) requires producers to publicly disclose certain information concerning their assets. In case of superposition of unavailability, incidental or programmed, the practice is to retain the minimum available power of unavailability during each overlap period.
