Hospital record secondary school 2018-2019
Description
The dataset contains records from individual hospitalizations in secondary schools recorded via electronic forms during inspection activities in secondary schools in the school year 2018/2019. Some form questions are generated only in the case of a certain type of answer to any of the previous questions. Hospitality records are used, among other things, as one of the tools for evaluating the course of education at the level of a given secondary school.
The questions in the form focus on areas such as basic information about the lesson, information about the pupils, information about the teacher, information about the content and organisation of the education, information about support measures for pupils.
In order to prevent the identification of specific schools, the data is anonymised (no identifiers of individual schools are provided).
For each record, the affiliation of the school to the region and the type of founder are indicated.
The dataset is a CSV file in which there are answers to individual form items in columns, each row represents one hospitable educational unit. Replies are indicated in the relevant column by either the whole number, the numerical code or the text of the reply.
