Questionnaire for elementary school directors 2016-2017
Description
The dataset contains answers to questions asked to primary school heads by means of an electronic questionnaire sent before the start of inspection activities in schools in the school year 2016/2017. The replies of the school headmasters serve for preliminary orientation and preparation of inspection teams for an inspection visit to the school. In the event that some questions remain unanswered by the Director, the inspection team shall obtain the necessary information in the course of the inspection activity. Some questionnaire questions are generated only in the case of a certain type of answer to any of the previous questions.
The questions focus on three areas – school headmaster, school conditions for education (material, personnel, climate), pupils (admission to education, support for pupils, assessment).

The dataset is a CSV file in which there are answers to individual questions in columns, each row then corresponds to one elementary school. Replies are indicated in the relevant column by either the whole number, the numerical code or the text of the reply.
