Description
These data on the number of operators come from the annual checks that the approved certifying bodies carry out on farms and processing companies engaged in organic distribution.
**Geographical accuracy**
The data are aggregated at municipal level: Insee code of the municipality of the site of activity or in the absence of the place of business.
**Operator data**
Number of operators per municipality, or failing that by postal code. All operators are located by their postal code, almost all by the municipality of their head office
ActivityBio:
_P_: producers (including producers with another activity: processing on the farm, farm shop...)
_T_: processors or restaurants (including processors with another activity: transformers-distributors or transformers-importers)
_D_: distributors (including distributors with an import activity: distributor-importers...)
_I_: importers
