Consolidated accounts 2015-2022
Description
The consolidated accounts of the inter-municipal assemblies 2015-2022 present the main aggregates of the consolidated accounts (main budgets and ancillary budgets) of the inter-municipal assemblies for the period 2015-2022.
The inter-municipal groupings correspond to the grouping formed by a grouping with its own taxation and its member municipalities. For the Metropolis of Greater Paris (MGP), the inter-municipal complex also includes territorial public establishments (EPT).
By extension, data are also presented for the groups formed by the FTEs of the MGP and their member municipalities, as well as those of the mono-municipal islands which do not belong to any grouping ("isolated municipalities").
The calculation of the aggregates was carried out by the OFGL on the basis of data from the accounting balances of tax groupings and municipalities published by the DGFiP.
The consolidation of the inter-municipal units corresponds to the aggregation of the main budgets and the ancillary budgets of each community forming part of the unit, after neutralizing the cross-flows existing between these budgets, then to the aggregation of these budgets between all the communities members of the unit, neutralizing again the cross-flows existing between these communities.
For an inter-municipal unit and a given year, if the account of the GFP (or EFA if applicable) or one of its member municipalities is missing, then no information is presented for the inter-municipal unit for the given year.
Data from previous years - since 2012 - are available as an attachment to the dataset.
