Base Addresses

National Address Base is one of the nine databases of the Public Reference Data Service. It is the only address database officially recognised by the administration.

Shared digital service and core infrastructure on which many public policies are backed, it is part of the State information and communication system and as such is under the responsibility of the Prime Minister.

Its pilot is provided by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM), which is responsible for defining its governance and operating arrangements (following a decision by the Prime Minister).

Its construction is ensured thanks to many partners, and in the first place by the municipalities, only competent authorities in terms of addressing.

The data are here restricted to the territory of the community of communes Cœur de France.
