Description
**National Address Base** is one of the nine databases of the Public Reference Data Service. It is the only address database **officially recognised by the administration**.
**Shared digital service** and **core infrastructure** on which many public policies are backed, it is part of the **State information and communication system** and as such is under the **responsibility of the Prime Minister**.
Its **pilot** is provided by the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM), which is responsible for defining its governance and operating arrangements (following a decision by the Prime Minister).
Its **construction** is ensured thanks to many partners, and in the first place by the municipalities, **only competent authorities in terms of addressing**.
The data are here restricted to the territory of the community of communes Cœur de France.
