In line with the Government’s Recovery Plan, the Bank of the Territories has been deploying its recovery plan for more than a year to support and support all territories.
The recovery plan of the Bank of Territories responds to the challenges of many sectors to cope with the crisis and to project itself into sustainable growth. It intensifies our action with our clients through 9 plans:

In a desire for transparency on the resources committed to the recovery, the Banque des Territoires publishes the data relating to the implementation of its various plans. These data will be gradually enriched, along with the rise in charge of the plans and their effects.
**This dataset includes the flagship measures associated with the plans, the allocated masses and the number of projects that result from them. Currently, 4 of them are presented.**

**Accommodation of the elderly:**
The flagship measure brings together our various interventions aimed at improving the reception conditions of the elderly, in particular through the financing of senior service residences and public and private non-profit EHPADs, as well as the financing of CDC Habitat’s medico-social land. The detailed data corresponds to the volume of loans signed on Fonds d’Epargne, deployed by the Bank of the Territories.
**Energy renovation of public buildings:**
The flagship measure brings together our various engineering and financing interventions for the renovation of the real estate assets of the communities involved in improving its energy performance. It covers all types of public buildings, including schools and hospitals. The detailed data correspond to loans signed on Fonds d’Epargne, deployed by the Bank of the Territories.
**Rehabilitation of social housing:**
The flagship measure corresponds to an emblematic action by the Bank of the Territories with social housing operators helping them to accelerate the rehabilitation of the park and thus participate, for example, in reducing energy poverty. The detailed data corresponds to the volume of loans signed on Fonds d’Epargne, deployed by the Bank of the Territories.
**Networks and resilience (water, waste, heat):**
The flagship measure brings together all the interventions of the Bank of the Territories aimed at developing resilient infrastructure in the water and sanitation, waste and heat networks sectors. The detailed data corresponds to the volume of loans signed on Fonds d’Epargne, deployed by the Banque des Territoires to accelerate investments in new networks or their renovation.
**The masses presented in the dataset are in cumulative flows, from quarters to quarters for the periods 2020 to 2022. For the years 2023 and 2024, the update shall be updated on an annual basis; the next one will be in the first quarter of 2024 and will focus on the cumulation of 2023. Same for 2024.**
**The amounts and the number of projects are displayed subject to the application of a statistical confidentiality rule to preserve the financial anonymity of each project.**
