Financing and cost of rehabilitated social housing
Description
The CDC provides long-term financing tailored to the investment needs of the social housing sector (social housing organisations, associative sector and medico-social sector).
The file presents, by region, the median areas of rehabilitated social housing, their median cost price and the structure of the financing (equity weight, CDC loans, other loans, grants) and the cost of such social housing (weight of the cost of work and other costs).
This information is presented according to the year of signature of the projects. The area is in m², the cost prices in current euro and the structure of financing and costs as a percentage.
