Financing and cost of social housing built
Description
The CDC provides long-term financing tailored to the investment needs of the social housing sector (social housing organisations, associative sector and medico-social sector).
The file presents, by region, the median areas of the social housing units built, their median cost price and the structure of the financing (equity weight, CDC loans, other loans and subsidies) and the cost of such social housing (weight of land, construction and other costs).
This information is presented according to the year of signature of the dwellings. The area is in m², the cost prices in current euro and the structure of financing and costs as a percentage.
