My account formation – Training entries and exits

Description

**INFORMATION: This dataset is the merging of the 2 datasets “Moncounting \- 2022 – Training Entry and Exit” and “Moncounting – 2023 – Training Entry and Exit” (games that were deleted in October 2023). This dataset is automatically updated at the beginning of the month and will be kept in this way.** Since 21 November 2019, moncompteformation (‘https://www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr/’) allows both private sector and unemployed employees to choose their training as part of a direct purchase journey financed with their Personal Training Account (CPF). In order to better define their professional project, if they wish, they can be accompanied by a professional development advisor (CEP), their region, a skills operator, or Pôleemploi. The training courses offered in My Training Account are certification courses submitted by training organisations via the EDOF portal. Certification training means any training relating to a certification registered in one of the two national registers administered by France Compétences, namely the Specific Register (RS) or the National Register of Professional Qualifications (RNCP). Since 2022, training organisations must also have the Qualiopi certification in order to be able to exercise via the platform. **This dataset covers the volumes of training entries and outputs per month and by professional certification for each training organisation of My Training Account.** It makes it possible to know the volume of trainees to be presented for the passing examination of the professional certification covered by the training. The scope is limited to RS/RNCP certifications for which the certifiers have provided France Compétences with lists of partners authorised to form. This dataset therefore effectively excludes permits, VAEs, skills assessments, start-up actions undertaken, as well as certifications of the Ministry of National Education and some of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Note that some formations are not associated with one of the RS/RNCP directories (type_referential=-2): this is related to an indexing problem between repositories. The number of training entries is the sum of the number of files whose date of entry into training has been entered by the training organisation and belongs to the month concerned (idem for the number of training leave). Some files may not be counted in the event of a late update, they will be in the following publications. Indeed, the update of the dataset is monthly and updates all the information. Below, in the data model, you will find a precise definition of the variables present in the dataset. **_Identification of a certification:_** _If you are looking to obtain the data of a particular certification, you can go to the search bar under ‘Filters’ and type the name of the column you are interested in followed by = and the code of that certification._ **_Example_** _: if you search for RS5660 certification information, you type ‘code_rs = 5660’._ _You can also reconcile this filter with an already created filter (e.g. the month filter)._
