Average costs and areas of social housing
Description
The CDC provides long-term financing tailored to the investment needs of the social housing sector (social housing organisations, associative sector and medico-social sector). The file presents the median areas of funded social housing, their median cost per m² and the median cost of housing.
This information is presented by year of financing (from 2018), by region and with distinction between construction and rehabilitation. The areas are in m² and the costs are in current euros.
