Social housing and donors by region
Description
The dataset presents, by region, the number of social housing units and the number of donors managing these housing in the department. It also shows the distribution of social housing by type of operator (OPH, ESH, SEM, others). For overseas departments, data do not include Mayotte.
The number of donors is calculated in two ways: number of donors per legal entity and number of donors consolidated at group and group level, with capital links or financial solidarity mechanisms.
It should be noted that landlords can potentially manage housing in other regions.
The data are from the social rental fleet directory and the CDC. They correspond to the year N-2 in relation to the year of publication indicated.
They are also valued in the annual publication of the Atlas of Housing and Territories (Banques des Territoires), see reference below.
