Social housing and donors by department
Description
The dataset presents, by department, the number of social housing units and the number of landlords managing these dwellings in the department.
It also shows the distribution of social housing by type of operator (OPH, ESH, SEM, others).
The number of donors is calculated in two ways:
number of donors per legal entity and number of donors consolidated at group and group level, with capital links or financial solidarity mechanisms.
It should be noted that donors can potentially manage housing in other departments.
The data are from the social rental fleet directory and the CDC.
They correspond to the year N-2 in relation to the year of publication indicated.
They are also valued in the annual publication of the Atlas of Housing and Territories (Banques des Territoires), see reference below.
