Aerial thermography winter 2018

Description

This dataset is an infrared aerial thermography acquired in the nights of 15 to 16 November and 16 to 17 November 2017, 8 to 9 February and 22 to 23 February 2018. It is cut into slabs of 1.4 km by 1 km. The reference grid of these slabs is in the dataset [Slab Reference Grill](https://opendata.bordeaux-metropole.fr/explore/dataset/to_dalle_s) (TO_DALLE_S) As part of its Climate Plan, Bordeaux Métropole carried out in 2018 infrared aerial thermography of the territory of the 28 municipalities of the metropolis. An overflight of the territory at night using an aircraft equipped with an infrared scanner made it possible to show heat losses from the roofs of buildings. In this respect, the re-user will be regarded as a controller of personal data. The processing it envisages must thus comply with the principles laid down in Article 6 of the GDPR and the conditions of lawfulness defined in Article 7, reproduced in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law of 6 January 1978. Where it is likely that an individual communication will prove materially impossible, it will be up to the re-user to take appropriate measures to protect the rights and freedoms as well as the legitimate interests of the data subjects, including by making the information publicly available. Finally, where personal data are processed for marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing purposes and where the data subject objects to the processing for marketing purposes, the personal data are no longer processed for those purposes (2. and 3. of Art. 21 GDPR).
