Publication of Bordeaux Métropole decrees and decisions
Description
From 1 July 2022, new legal provisions simplify the publicity rules for all acts of local and regional authorities.
Now they must put online, in full, all its decisions of a regulatory or mixed nature, so that “no one ignores them”.
Without this formality, the act cannot “enter into force” i.e. be applied.
This formality also triggers the period of 2 months during which the measure concerned may be the subject of a legal action.
Certain acts of an individual nature which are the subject of notification to their addressee, are also published here to ensure that the time-limit for bringing proceedings by third parties is triggered.
In order to protect privacy, acts involving personal data may be published anonymously or pseudonymised after 2 months of posting.
These publications complement the open data policy already implemented.
