Reservations municipal halls of the city of Bordeaux
Description
This dataset is intended to make known the activity of booking the municipal rooms proposed by the city of Bordeaux.
The information-provider directorate is the associative childhood and youth life department of Bordeaux City Hall.
Each check-in mentions the public equipment, the room, the user, the start time, the end time, the duration of the reservation.
The recordings are enriched with information characterising the premises concerned (opening hours, areas, capacities, etc.).
The breakdown of information by district and public equipment can allow re-users to cross-reference the data of this game with those of other games in which these 2 notions of public equipment and neighborhood are present.
The collection of information was initiated by an office reprocessing of data exported from the room booking management system (Planitech). The update is carried out by the data administrator of the Directorate-General for Sport and Society Education, at the beginning of each calendar year for the previous year.
The information shall mention the designation of users without using personal data, in accordance with the recommendations of the General Data Protection Regulation.
