Educational Resource — Mathematical Secondary Education — UD.5-Proportionality

Description

The speed of a car and the space travelled, the price of a product and its weight, the time spent and the expenditure made, are very close examples of direct proportionality, which together with the percentages and other examples of inverse proportionality, are addressed in this didactic unit to analyse the numerical relationships between different magnitudes. Their associated graphs are also studied, because the images complement the analysis of differences and similarities in proportionality.
