Educational Resource — Secondary Education Physical Education — UD1-Before starting... Everybody warm up!

Description

For all physical activity, there is a series of previous actions that prepare the practitioner’s organism in an optimal way, allowing him to assimilate the loads more effectively. Whether in F.E. class, training, or another, that previous activity is what’s known as “heating.” Teachers must make our students aware of the need to incorporate it into their sports habits and teach them the principles that regulate their correct application. Could Fernando Alonso win an F1 Grand Prix without doing the warm-up lap?. With this question begins the U.D. that aims to teach students to warm up, as well as make them discover the reasons why we should never forget this part of the session. Warming is the most intradisciplinary content of those who work on the subject, since despite having its own U.D., it will be present (more or less explicitly) in the rest of the U.D. of this course and the next. Also, when referring to the issue of Health, it can be affirmed that it transcends physical education itself, to be latent in the rest of the areas.
