A good diet, along with what was worked on in the previous unit ‘hygiene habits’ is essential for good health. Eating properly is a sign of a good quality of life. In the following proposal we will see everything related to the advantages of following a correct diet.
In addition, in this didactic unit we will focus in a globalised way on knowing and interacting with:

Language: The words.
For this we will enter the Planet ‘Know’, where Nayma, along with its inseparable patrol LEARNING

LECTOWOMAN: Words are the source of language.The world of words is our world.
