Urssaf National Fund and Telework
Description
This dataset makes it possible to have the distribution of the number of employees in CDI (Contract with indefinite duration) with or without a teleworking formula. There are two reasons why employees do not have a teleworking formula, the first is that the employee did not request it and the second is that the teleworking request was being processed in the validation process at the time of data export.
The data also detail the different types of teleworking arrangements chosen by employees in their organisation.
The data are grouped by organisation, region, gender, nature of contract.
