Quarterly series of the number of self-employed persons and turnover at departmental level, by sector of activity (published in [**Acoss Stat**](https://www.urssaf.org/home/statistics/our-studies-and-analyses/self-employed persons.html)). ► ** _[UPDATED](https://open.urssaf.fr/explore/dataset/planning-de-mise-a-jour/table/?sort=date_de_mise_a_jour)_: end of semester + ~200 days.** _Depth_: since 2015. _Source_: Urssaf **Indicators**: \- Number of administratively active self-entrepreneurs (registered at Urssaf) at the end of the quarter \- Number of economically active self-entrepreneurs (registered at Urssaf with positive turnover) in the quarter \- Total quarterly turnover _Methodological details_: * In the first half of each year N, a salary effective on 31 December N-1 deducts EAs that have not reported positive turnover for two consecutive years. In 2020 and 2023, for management reasons, this treatment was not carried out for the cancellations with effect from 31/122019 and 31/12/2022, postponing the cancellations to the following year. Moreover, in 2024, the application of this treatment was carried out partially (only EAs with CA missing in 2022 and 2023 were targeted). To preserve the consistency of the series, the ‘Administratively active’ field takes into account a reallocation of late cancellations for the dates of effect as at 31/12/2019 and 31/12/2022, as well as an estimate of the missing cancellations for the end of 2022 and the end of 2023. * The "_calage_" sector allows the total number of traditional ITs and EIs per occupational group to be recalibrated, taking into account the reclassification of certain ITs into an "nca_non_classified_ailleurs_" occupational group due to non-respect of statistical confidentiality.
