Primary schools designed to provide language training

Description

Pursuant to Section 10 of Decree No 48/2005 on basic education and certain requirements for compulsory education, as amended, the Regional Authority, in cooperation with the founders and municipal authorities of municipalities with extended competence, designates schools that provide free language training for pupils of foreigners. These are primary schools made up of first- and second-level classes, where the proportion of foreign pupils out of the total number of pupils was at least 5% on 31 March of the previous school year. This does not apply to schools included in the list of schools designated at their own request, where the conditions for inclusion are laid down in Section 10(5) of the Decree. The reason for the inclusion of the primary school in the list is indicated by the number of the paragraph referred to in Section 10 of Decree No. 48/2005 Coll. and a word description.
