Level measurement of the city of Haßfurt
Description
The level measurement is used for the early detection of floods in the waste disposal area of the city of Haßfurt and above-average amounts of water in the rain retention basins due to heavy rain events. At six strategically important locations, the sensors deliver the data directly to the control room of the Haßfurt wastewater treatment plant. This information is linked to existing weather, geo- and sewage network data and serves as the basis for a first prototype of an early warning system.
