Areas with conservation statutes in the state capital Munich
Description
Pursuant to Section 172(1), first sentence, point 2, of the Building Code, the composition of the resident population in conservation statute areas is to be maintained if this is necessary for urban planning reasons (so-called environmental protection).
The maintenance statutes are valid indefinitely. However, the suitability of the sites is reviewed and documented every five years.
The Department of Urban Planning and Building Regulations provides the data with the necessary care. A guarantee for the correctness, completeness, dimensional accuracy and accuracy of the provided data is not assumed. In this respect, there is also no liability for incorrect information, transmission errors, consequential damages or other damages of any kind. In particular, the information does not replace the official site plan, as the map is not suitable for providing reliable data for local construction projects.
