Guide system for the blind Old Town - pedestrian zone

The continuous and networked guidance system in the pedestrian zone of Munich's Old Town consists of other guidance elements in accordance with DIN 18040-3, e.g. surface/pavement structures and floor indicators in accordance with DIN 32984. These tactile information, which are perceived with the long stick and with the feet, serve the orientation of blind and visually impaired people.
