Bathing in the Isar

Description

The Isar flows through the city area from southwest to northeast for about 14 kilometers and offers plenty of space for activities and recreation. Bathing is also allowed in designated places. It should be noted that bathing in the Isar is always at your own risk. In the event of flooding, we strongly advise against going into the water due to the strong current and possible flotsam. Bathing is generally prohibited in the immediate vicinity of traffic jams and engine systems, raids, locks, whirlpools, rain outlet canals and other danger points.
