EcoWatt signal data (16/11/20 to 31/08/22)

This dataset, refreshed twice a day, presents the EcoWatt signals from the French regions (outside Corsica) until the day after the current day for four periods of the day: at night [0h; 6 a.m. [6:00; 12.00 in the afternoon [12h; 6 p.m. and evening [18:00; 24 hours.

For each time of the day a value and a text are associated. The value can vary from 1 to 4. The meaning of the values is as follows:

• 1: Our consumption is reasonable.
• 2: Our electricity consumption is high. Let’s take the right steps!
• 3: Electricity consumption in our region is too high. To avoid any cuts, we must adopt the right gestures! www.monecowatt.fr
• 4: Power cuts are planned in several French regions tomorrow. To limit their duration, let’s reduce our consumption! All infos www.monecowatt.fr

The data for the current day, the next day and the next day can change throughout the day depending on the situation of the supply-demand balance (marges available), the situations of tension in the regions Brittany, Pays de Loire, Ile-de-France and Normandy and the consumption forecast of each of the regions.
