Global solar radiation and wind speed at 100 meters regional tri-hourly (since January 2016)
Description
This dataset presents global solar radiation (W/m2) and wind speed at 100 meters (m/s), by French administrative region, from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2017, and for several times of the day (0h, 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h, 15h, 18h 21h UTC; the hours provided are in local time).
These are regional averages of data estimated from grid points of the deterministic forecast model of the European Centre for Medium-Term Meteorological Forecasts (ECMWF). The averages are not weighted according to the location of the farms (wind or solar).
