> This dataset represents the state of play of the ** main developers of Hydrothermal Gasification** (high temperature and catalytic) technology in Europe having reached the stages:
> * prototype (TRL(Technology Readiness Level) 5),
>
> * pilot (TRL 6 to 7)
>
> * or demonstrator (TRL 7 to 9)
>
> and being **all capable of continuous operation**
> SCW Systems in the Netherlands is the most advanced player having reached the level of TRL 9 at the end of 2023, which corresponds to the 1st unit in the world having reached a level of industrial and commercial maturity.
