Joint Work of the Gaziers Operators Programme
Description
### This Joint Works Program allows gas senders to view in the same place the restrictions applied by the different operators on the entry and exit points upstream of the TRF (Trading Region France). It shall under no circumstances replace the work programmes published by each operator on its commercial portal, which are authentic only and which contain additional information.

For each “point of interest” (PIR, PITS, PITTM), the restriction rates are automatically displayed:
* Of the transport operator (GRTgaz or Teréga), applied to the point as well as to the superpoints concerned;
* Adjacent operator, storage or LNG terminals.

**Definitions of metadata**
The restriction rate corresponds to the capacity unavailability rate for a given day. It applies to different types of capacity depending on the operator:
* **GRTgaz:** subscribed capacity; the restriction rates are therefore likely to change depending on the subscriptions on the various points;
* **Teréga transport:** subscribed capacity;
* **Teréga storage:** capacity corresponding to the customer’s rights for the given day;
* **Storengy:** capacity corresponding to the customer’s rights for the given day;
* **Elengy and Fosmax LNG:** annual technical capacity for regasification of terminal/365;
* **LNG Dunkirk:** daily technical capacity for regasification of the terminal.
The following 3 types of rates are displayed:
* **probable restriction rate:** firm capacity restriction rate giving the likely value of the restriction;
* **maximum restriction rate:** firm capacity restriction rate giving the maximum value of the restriction;
* **interruptible restriction rate:** interruptible capacity restriction rate (applies only to transport operators).
By convention, the meaning REC/DEL is expressed, irrespective of the operator, from the point of view of the transport network.
For example, a restriction on emissions from a LNG terminal or extraction from an underground gas storage site will be retransscribed in the REC direction both at the level of the carrier and the adjacent operator.
