Electricity consumption of major French real-time metropolises
Description
This dataset presents the consumption of metropolises at a quarter of an hour from the eCO2mix application. These data are derived from the telemeasures of the works supplemented by lump sums and estimates.
This dataset is updated four times a day: at 0h00, 6h00, 12h00 and 18h00.
Due to the average update time (about 50 min), RTE is working to optimise the update in order to make updates possible at a later date.
This dataset is updated automatically four times a day: due to an excessive number of downloads of real-time metropolis eCO2mix data by robots at disproportionate frequencies compared to the update frequency of the dataset, a quota of 50000 API calls per user per month was set up. For information, it is possible to have records with no associated consumption value, especially before the date of commissioning of the metropolises. Below, a table with the dates of commissioning of each metropolis:
