Description
The age structure of forests is uneven. In terms of sustainability and normality, stands up to 60 years old have a smaller area than desirable and older stands have a larger area. On the contrary, this situation, which represents a risk of losses from an economic point of view, is very positive in terms of promoting biodiversity.
