Cases exempted from basic fee submitted to the Enforcement Authority
Description
The information set contains monthly information on: year, month, county, natural person, legal person, number of persons, gender, number of claims and amounts.
Cases exempted from basic fees include mostly claims for damages (more than 90 %) but also other types of cases (e.g. maintenance).
If the number of natural persons is less than five, only amounts of debt are accounted for. In cases of joint and several cases where debtors belong to different categories, they are reported two or more times.
Sometimes the person type “temporary”. This is because the person does not have a Swedish personal identity number, coordination number or organisation number.
Sometimes “SAKNAS” is indicated instead of county. This is due to the absence of a population registration municipality, because, for example, the person has a coordination number
