Estimated household costs, household common costs
Description
The Consumer Agency annually calculates some of the most common household costs that together account for about one third of the total household costs. The calculations cover both individual and household common costs and are based on a basic need for goods and services needed to cope with everyday life, regardless of household income.
The monthly household costs for the consumables, media, home equipment, home insurance, household electricity and water and sewage groups are shown here. For the group home insurance, three calculations have been made depending on whether the insurance is to be valid in a large or medium-sized city or small urban area. The calculations are broken down by household size (1-7 people).
