Cadastral boundaries

Description

The Cadastre of Real Estate (CN) consists of selected parts of the Descriptive Information File (SPI) and the Graphic Information File (SGI) of the automated information system of the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ISKN), expressed in the form of a digital cadastral map (DKM) and database information. The object of displaying the cadastral file is the position and description. The positioning shall contain the boundaries of parcels, crops and types of parcels and their internal breakdown as recorded in the land register. The description contains parcel numbers and other additional information taken from the land register. DKM (SGI and SPI) is administered and maintained in the current state by the Cadastral Office for the South Moravian Region (KÚ JMK). This office transmits up-to-date information for processing for the needs of the SMB at regular, contractually agreed intervals – on the first of each month. The accuracy of the DKM on the territory of the city of Brno is derived according to the origin of the cadastral map and is characterized by the accuracy class and quality characteristics of the detailed points. It is evidenced by the analysis and system of control-measured elements within the renewal of SGI. The accuracy of the data on the accuracy of DKM is the responsibility of its administrator ČÚZK. The data also includes the boundaries of cadastral areas and the names of these areas, which are available for download as open data. This data was created using RÚIAN data from the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK), therefore it can be used and disseminated only if the conditions of ČÚZK are met.
