Geological risks - Protected deposit areas

Description

The data set is part of the data focusing on the area of mineral resources. The data set contains data on protected deposit areas, exploration areas, mining areas and deposits. The data include information on the location of the area within the k.รบ., the name or designation of the area, information on the raw material that is located in the selected territory and is or has been mined in the past, the state of mining and the entity that carries out mining. In addition, there is a link to the decision of the state authorities regarding the mining permit and the delimitation of the territory by means of coordinates. The principles of protection and economical use of mineral resources are laid down by Act No. 44/1988 Coll., on the protection and use of mineral resources (Mining Act) for the protection of mineral deposits. The data are part of the passport of geology, hydrogeology and engineering geology (now Georisks) of the city of Brno, which was created in 2004 and is always updated by an external company at the end of the year. General was created for employees of the authorities who professionally comment on investment projects, project documentation or issue decisions according to the relevant laws (Building Act, Water Act). It is now also used by contributory organizations (e.g. KAM) and provided as a basis for the processing of studies commissioned by the Statutory City of Brno (SMB). More detailed information can be found in the documentation. The data is in the GCS WGS84 coordinate system.
