INKN - SMB Asset Management

Management of SMB property is data on SMB real estate recorded on the basis of the Methodology for Ensuring Management, including physical control of land and its records from 2014. According to the methodology, the guarantor of the correctness of the data is the departments providing administration - MMB departments, which are registered in the Real Estate Information application KN - Asset Management, as providing administration, or which has been designated as providing administration. Data are divided into subcategories/layers according to the name of the administrator. Updates are ongoing, including correction of erroneous records. The data are displayed in the internal application Real Estate Information KN - Asset Management, in the internal map application Real Estate and in the public application Property Map of the City of Brno. More detailed information can be found in the documentation. The data is in the GCS WGS84 coordinate system.
