Building landmarks

English description below. The data set contains points of selected Brno cultural dominants, which was the input for visibility analysis performed in Denisa Konvalinová's bachelor thesis at Mendel University. In the thesis, among other things, the attribute "vyhlidkove_body" was evaluated - how many building landmarks an observer can see from individual viewpoints (Sightpoints / Viewpoints dataset). The analysis was carried out in QGIS using the LoS Tools plugin on the basis of a digital surface model (the current version is available here). GCS WGS84 (EPSG 4326).Dataset contains points of selected cultural landmarks of the city of Brno which served as an input for visibility analysis conducted in bachelor thesis (Denisa Konvalinová, Mendel University in Brno). Thesis evaluated how many building landmarks can be seen from analysed viewpoints. Analysis was made using QGIS software, plugin LoS Tools and digital surface model (most recent version available here).Coordinate system: GCS WGS84 (EPSG 4326).
