INKN - Entrusting the property of the MČ

Entrusting property to city districts is data on SMB real estate, recorded on the basis of the process of entrusting property to the City of Brno pursuant to Article 75 of the Statute of the City of Brno and No. 5 of the Annex to the Statute of the City of Brno, the entrusted property is then kept/updated in Annex 4 to the Statute of the City of Brno. The subcategories of entrustment are then guaranteed by the following MMB departments: Category I. - Schools and School Facilities - Department of Education, Youth and Sports MMB,Category II. - Residential houses and land that form one functional unit with them - MMB Housing Department, Category III. - Other immovable property - Property Department of the MMB. The data is updated continuously (in Annex 4 to the Statute once every 1/2 year), including the correction of erroneous records. The data are displayed in the internal application Information on KN properties - Entrusting the property of the Municipality of Brno, the internal application Real Estate and the public application Map of Property of the City of Brno.
