Description

Very Large Scale Frame of Reference - Aerial Shot 5cm The Plan Corps de Rue Simplifié (PCRS) or very large-scale benchmark is a high-precision background plan intended to serve as an exchangeable and mutualisable topographic support to comply with the legislation in force, namely the decree of 15 February 2012 pursuant to Decree DT-DICT. Its objective is to become the cartographic base between network operators to make the identification of networks buried on the ground by companies working in both dense urban and rural areas more reliable. This plan is financed by Enedis, the Haute-Loire Departmental Energy Union (SDE 43), the Velay Water Management Union, the Loire Lignon Water Union, the Brivadois Water Management Union and CRAIG. It receives European co-financing under the ERDF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes programme.
