Previous Archaeological Excavations along the 'Ostlänken' Railway Corridor 1965-2012: A planned quarry by Fredriksdal 2:2, in Tros-Vagnhärads parish was carried out by UV Mitt in 2008. Six possible settlement were identified, as well as a stone heap and a cairn.Test excavations were carried out, and no finds were made.
