GSEA-based Pathway Analysis Results of Matched Primary and Locally Recurrent Breast Tumors
Description
GSEA analysis of recurrent and primary tumor sub-divided by estrogen receptor status. Output is provided for RNA and protein data for both the HALLMARKS and KEGG databases.
Test was run on ER positive and negative sample subgroups, with recurrent samples over primary tumors.
