Description
Compilation of regional laws and general decrees by thematic area.
Likewise, information is provided on the decrees-laws that, in case of extraordinary and urgent need, is issued by the Governing Council, in accordance with the provisions of article 30.3 of the Statute of Autonomy, and of the legislative decrees whose elaboration would have been delegated to it by the Regional Assembly, in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 et seq. of Law 6/2004, of 28 December, on the Statute of the President and the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia.
