Description

The Óptima Castilla y León badge is aimed at recognizing gender equality in the workplace. This label aims to give public recognition to those entities that, in addition to complying with current obligations, voluntarily adopt policies aimed at implementing measures, improvement processes and good practices in their management model and organization of human resources in terms of equal opportunities between women and men, reconciliation of personal, family and work life and elimination of the gender pay gap in Castilla y León. The data are structured in year, entity, locality, province and postal address, as well as its geolocation.
