Register of Foundations of Castile and Leon
Description
Foundations are non-profit organizations that, at the will of their creators, have permanently affected their assets to the realization of purposes of general interest.
Those that carry out their activities mainly in the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León, acquire legal personality with the registration in the Registry of Foundations of Castilla y León, in which, in addition, all the relevant legal acts and transactions of the same must be registered.
The data available come from the registrations made as a result of the documents submitted by the foundations themselves in compliance with the provisions of the Law, as well as from the communications made by the representatives of the same.
